Abstract

Despite having paid attention to remittances, Mexican migration to the United States poses economic challenges that have rarely been analyzed in depth. In this context, financial education has emerged as an important focal point to educate the migrant population about their economic rights. The goal of this research is to analyze the strategies adopted by NGOs supporting migrants in the USA in order to address the financial information gap among migrant populations. A predominantly qualitative methodological approach was followed, supported by relevant statistical data.
