Abstract

This article highlights the benefits of training forgiveness. We delve into the understanding of forgiveness and the health benefits of children and adolescents, highlighting the advantages of forgiving in situations of bullying. Besides, some intervention proposals are described and several keys are suggested regarding the development of educative intervention programs.
