Abstract

There is evidence that demonstrates how transcultural adjustment affects the academic performance of the migrant population. Through categorical analysis of their speech, this work shows the psychosocial adjustments in five college students who returned from the U.S.A. The results offer guidelines to design psychoeducational interventions to improve social integration to this population in university environments.
